MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of law rules.

Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Users waive any right to class actions.
