  • With Drivers: We share your first name, profile photo, and pickup/drop-off details to enable your trip.

Terms of Service

1. The Service

OdinRideShare provides a digital platform that connects independent drivers with passengers. The Company does not directly provide transportation services. Rides are offered by independent third-party contractors.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activity on your account. Misuse of the App or violation of laws may result in account suspension.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. OdinRideShare Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including accidents or disputes between users. Our maximum liability shall not exceed USD 100.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations or fraudulent behavior.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws under the jurisdiction of the Company’s principal office. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in that jurisdiction.
